What you actively give us — WhatsApp messages, e-mails, waitlist sign-ups (e-mail address). With your cookie consent: Microsoft Clarity anonymously records how you interact with the site (clicks, scroll, mouse paths, page views) to help us improve the booking experience. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising trackers.
Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to reply to your booking enquiry. Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — business correspondence, fraud prevention, improving UX via anonymous analytics. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — Clarity analytics; waitlist updates.
Booking conversations and e-mails: up to 3 years from last contact, then deleted. Waitlist e-mails: until you unsubscribe. Clarity session data: 1 year per Microsoft's retention policy.
Hosting (Vercel Inc., USA; GDPR via SCC), analytics (Microsoft Clarity; anonymized), payment processors only when you book, and authorities only when legally required. Never with marketing partners, data brokers, or advertisers.
Access, correct, delete, object, portability, withdraw consent. To exercise any right e-mail hello@pinkmyflamingo.com — we respond within 30 days. EU residents may also complain to their national data protection authority.
Strictly-necessary: pmf_cookies_seen remembers whether you've answered the banner (stored locally, no personal data). Analytics (only after consent): Microsoft Clarity sets _clck and _clsk to recognize returning visitors and reconstruct anonymous session recordings. You can withdraw consent any time by clearing site data in your browser.
